Top Ten Books on my Spring TBR

What’s this?! A Sprinkled With Words blog post?! I know, count it as a March miracle.

Anyway, today I’m participating in Top Ten Tuesday which is a meme started by The Broke and the Bookish and now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. This week’s prompt is top ten books on your spring tbr [to be read] and believe me, I have a bunch! All of these books apart from #8 are already on my shelves!

  1. The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss – I’ve been recommended to read this so many times, I am determined.
  2. For a Muse of Fire by Heidi Heilig – I loved Heidi Heilig’s other series, and I really want to get to this soon.
  3. Heroes by Stephen Fry – Haven’t had the time to read this one yet, and although I had some problems with Mythos, I really want to read Heroes soon!
  4. Did You See Melody? by Sophie Hannah – Whilst this would be my first Sophie Hannah book, I’ve actually seen her in a Waterstone’s talk and she’s a lovely person so I’m sure she’s a fab author!
  5. The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman – I don’t think I need to comment on this… I love Neil Gaiman!
  6. The Hare with Amber Eyes by Edmund de Waal – This book was bought for my by one of my friends as it’s his favourite book and I can’t believe i haven’t read it yet!
  7. Sabriel by Garth Nix – Lots of people talk about this book & it’s not really that long, so I’d like to start the series.
  8. Sovereign by CJ Sansom – I looooove this series but I’m drip feeding it to myself so I don’t devour it and then get sad because there aren’t any more books.
  9. Valley Girls by Sarah Nicole Lemon – I bought this at YALC last year and still haven’t read it!
  10. The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas – I’ve started this twice and put it down twice but so many people recommend it I think I need to read it.

So, there are 10 books on my spring TBR… are any on your lists? What do you want to read this spring (or autumn, depending on where you are in the world!)?

Until next time,

Hannah
